A study in Holland showed that nearly 7% of those surveyed were obese but had never had heart problems or signs of diabetes, being even “metabolically healthy.” Obviously, this is no guarantee that the future may present, though in some ways shows us that obesity is not always synonymous with poor health and can be controlled.
Many people are born with a tendency to obesity or gain weight easily because they inherited from their parents and that they can not change or control. However, the lifestyle that takes depends on ourselves. In other words, the possibility of being a healthy person is in our hands.
