For thousands of years Traditional Chinese Medicine offers several ways to improve the quality of life. Including exercises like Chi Kung, a great help to prevent disease.

Part of Chinese traditional exercises, Chi Kung and Tai Chi, and the same were nourished by philosophy in the pursuit of peace of mind, as well as medicine and martial arts, to work the body through of certain movements.

The Chi Kung – is part of the Eastern tradition and helps to harmonize the energy (Chi) of our body, combining three elements: concentration, regulation of breathing and practice time. His movements are slow, gentle, harmonic and natural and can be made by people of all ages, sex and different physical condition.

This discipline allows us to eventually eliminate emotional interference – a breeding ground for disease-promoting relaxation in movement. At the same time exercise the bones, flexible joints and muscles, strengthens internal organs and stimulates circulation of energy through the meridians.

When power is insufficient from birth or weakened in the course of life, there is no resistance in difficult physical or psychological circumstances, then our body becomes vulnerable to disease different imbalances occur, for example, a power lock or dispersion of the same, creating a mess in different organs or viscera. A sedentary life can cause the same problems.

Regular practice of Chi Kung helps prevent disease and is a useful remedy in addition to accelerate or consolidate medical treatment.
