Yoga is a discipline which if practiced regularly improves the quality of life and physical and mental health. Many people who attend yoga classes are limited only to go to school and come home when they forget the yoga.

Yoga is a philosophy of life and to bring spiritual wisdom and total union between body and mind must remember his teachings at all times.

Many people can not practice yoga at home because they find the time and place to do it. Or are mentally predisposed. The place where we do yoga should be a quiet and well ventilated but more importantly, is quiet and free of any disturbance. The ideal would have a separate room in the house, if possible without furniture or anything that may distract.

Summarizing we can say that the Kundalini is the energy of our soul and conscience, the energy of the universe that is within each of us.

Kundalini is our creative energy that is numb like a snake coiled at the base of our spine and when accessing this energy we become aware of all our creative capacity.

Benefits of Kundalini Yoga

When our system is turned glandular and nervous system is strong, the energy of both joins and create a movement that is received by the brain that integrates it to him and as a result our perceptions become clearer. Thus we can understand what the impact and effect that can cause an action on our part, before proceeding.

Kundalini energy is necessary for life without a steady flow of this energy could not exist. This energy called Kundalini is released from the navel center and goes to the crown chakra is at the top of the head, then descends to the base of the spine and when it reaches the root chakra returns to the navel center.
