Women who practice fitness craze in the fitness be careful. A study showed too much time in the gym can reduce the chances of women having children.

Researchers found that daily exercise is conducted in the gym trigger high levels of fatigue that makes the problem of fertility problems increased three times as much.

Health experts agree physical exercise has health benefits. But too much exercise it takes energy and can interfere with a successful pregnancy plans.

In the survey, women were asked about the frequency, duration and intensity of their fitness training between 1984 and 1986. In the 10 years later researchers to ask more of their pregnancy problems.

Chairman of the research team said, there are two groups of women who are at increased risk of infertility: those who do almost every day or those who practice until completely exhausted.
