
How hard exercise, people who have genes that do not support the DNA would be difficult to lose weight. It took a while for some people if their DNA does not support it for easy thin.
Researchers found that DNA is actually influence someone to get rid of fat in the body with exercise. In his study, researchers involved 600 participants from 14 institutes around the world.
Participants are asked to exercise by biking, fitness and other sports. During the study progresses, the participants checked the oxygen levels as a benchmark of how healthy a person.
Activities that can enhance the oxygen intake is walking, swimming and cycling.
When researchers examined the participants’ DNA, they found 30 genes that affect the intake of oxygen.Eleven known genes associated with fatty changes after exercise and fitness.
But the researchers found the same combination of genes was not affected even after undergoing a series of sports at 20 percent of the participants. How hard they exercise, do not affect the amount of oxygen intake so difficult to reduce the fat from the body.
But if someone has a gene that does not mean being submissive and stop exercising. “Even if you include those less fortunate to have these genes, does not mean you have to give up and do not exercise at all. What is needed may be only a little longer and other ways more appropriate to increase the intake of oxygen”.
Sport is still needed to improve the quality of sleep, bone density and immune system.
