How to Fix The Position

Like all things, our body is governed by the laws of gravity and this is what makes our way of feeling, of being unemployed or in any static position, your body is somehow disrupted.
Many wonder how to correct posture and if possible after years of adaptation. If it is possible, but requires great dedication and concentration as it used to be so very easy to go back to poor posture and even we realize it. Must be aware at all times when we discover that we have become accustomed.
Mostly the problems are in a bad position of the spine especially in the neck area. Good posture does not mean the spine straight and head held high, the natural form of the column is like an “S” light. And the neck must accompany this “S” with harmony and effortless.
The best way to discover a poor posture is to be attentive to the pain we feel. It can be a sore back, shoulders, neck pain or even hip. The pain is there to tell us that something is wrong and should pay attention to slightest sign of pain trying to correct the position in that area.
It is important not to sit still and look for movements that are good for the position of each. Inactivity is the worst enemy to the bones and joints. Raise your arms, move his head, standing and walking, lifting or moving your feet hip. There are many small exercises that we do while we are busy on something else and it’s amazing what can be done in only thirty seconds.
But the law of gravity is impossible to overcome. Inevitably, our bodies are subjected to it and sooner or later affect us, one way or another.
