Many, many roads and cycling from now could save your health in the future. A study to prove the road and cyclists felt more beneficial than using vehicles that emit very low one.

A comparative study conducted to predict the effects of transport on health status in 2030.

Researchers compared between those who use vehicles with lower carbon emissions, people walking and cycling, and a combination of both.

The result, rather than using vehicles emit low, health effects would be better if more people walking and cycling or a combination with a low use of vehicles emit.

Health effects are most significant if the habit of walking and cycling is applied to ischemic heart disease reduction (10-19 percent), cerebrovascular disease (18 percent), dementia (7-8 percent), breast cancer (12-13 percent), and the reduction rates of depression and colon cancer.

Meanwhile, diabetes and lung cancer will also be reduced by 6-17 percent.

“The technology today can create low-pollutant vehicles to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, but the effects to health will not be too large,”

Society must change the mindset is more active with walking or cycling.

“Feel how nice and comfortable biking or walking. Subtract interest in the vehicle and move more active during the activity in the city,”
