Sound mind with 5 minutes of outdoor exercise
We’ve talked many times the amount of the benefits to the body exercise. But also, a group of researchers from the University of Essex (UK) add one more reason.
As they say, do five minutes of outdoor exercise a day can help significantly to improve our mental health.
