Arthritis: Women Suffer More

Women are more prone than men to suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, according to new data released. Female patients reported feeling more symptoms such as pain and fatigue, even suffering the same level of disease than men.

The studies were conducted with more than 6000 patients from 25 different countries. It was known that the disease is more common in women than in men, and the last study showed that women suffer more symptoms.

Aerobic for Healthy

The existence of beings that breathe oxygen for energy appears as a constant struggle against oxidation. The same breath, as well as external factors such as chemical pollution and radiation produce reactive oxidant species, usually free radicals, molecules that are normally very active small and can damage macromolecules essential to life as nucleic acids (carriers genetic information) and proteins (mainly responsible for the functioning of living organisms). Oxygen is essential to our lives, and paradoxically also is responsible for the “combustion.”

Oxygen breathing organisms have endogenous mechanisms of defense against free radicals, but in some circumstances these systems are inadequate and should be complemented through food. (more…)

Aerobic Exercises

Today we will see some aerobic exercises which have as main feature the completion of a development-specific rhythmic patterns will be practiced by Step and time periods may be long enough to obtain cardiovascular benefits. Recommended a duration of 20 to 40 minutes on a weekly basis from 3 to 5 sessions.

Aerobic Exercises

An aerobic workout should be planned so that it is progressive in intensity and skill level related to the person involved.

If the level that one has is basic aerobics steps that can be done in four days of sideways is the “Step Touch” which is to raise both feet on the platform and to scroll sideways. This step is typically used to perform the warm-up routines to be performed later.

Other steps in the Step aerobics are mambos, jumping jack, gazelles, wiss, boxes. If you want to achieve an optimal level sequence of steps would be:
* Basic, uve step, step tap, step or spin turn, over the top or to the other side, step L.
* Steps elevations: knees, side leg, femoral kicks.
* Heels, horse below, pivot, corners, cremayera, scissors, Lunges.
