Effects and Benefits of Aerobics

The aerobics in recent decades is becoming a routine physical practice in our society and at all levels without difference of sex or age. This has great support aerobics among us is because of its great potential to produce benefits in our bodies, not just physically, but also the psychic level.

We must bear in mind that aerobic exercise can be practiced at different levels in relation to the intensity and type of group to which it is directed. The intensity will be different in older people and young people, in this case aerobics differentiate high and low impact. The music style can also vary according to public taste to which we turn (salsa, funk, dance, etc.).. We may also use various alternative materials making the classic aerobics in a unique style, steps, bars, balls, TB, etc, or even mixing modalities in one session. (more…)

Step Aerobics

I often wonder, how is it possible that each may be included under Step aerobics classes and sports facilities in Spanish? In the last years the number Step aerobics classes and have fallen substantially in most sports, why? Well, that question should of let us all how aerobics and activities for, whether we are Level I or Level II National Coaches, because in my opinion, part of the blame for this happening to us, the technicians themselves.

About 10 years ago most of the classes taught in Spanish were gyms and Step Aerobics, either in the morning or afternoon hours, always had classes, one after another, and now we’ve reached the point of two or three classes a day maximum.

We can see how they have become fashionable and styles classes, Indoor Cycle, pilates, yoga, water classes, etc. that stem largely from the Aerobics and Step, but because this type of classes have moved the Aerobics and Step? I think the answer can be found in the complexity of them. (more…)
