The Art of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Developed in India and Tibet for thousands of years the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation reached the West in the 70s from the hand of Yogi Bhajan, who, being certain that these belonged to ancient knowledge throughout the world made available to those who wish to practice them.

We can say that the Kundalini Yoga is a science, an art and a technology that allows each of us can access and use your own creative power and thus raise their awareness, both for their own healing and for the realization of other purposes.
This power is named Shakti and is dormant at the base of the column waiting for you to wake up, either spontaneously or by means of yogic techniques. At that moment will join with Universal Energy called “prana” that those who practice it will have a keener perception and powers called “siddhis” that go beyond normal abilities.
The Art of Kundalini Yoga consists of several components including postures, special exercises, finger gestures as both hands, twitching of the body and tone of Mantras and Meditation. All these components can be executed both jointly and in a sequence that will generate specific effects.
