To be well formed and strong shoulders must work both the biceps, triceps and forearms. Includes shoulder as an integral part of the arms, so exercises that could be considered shoulder most of the exercises that work these muscles.

The shoulders are comprised primarily of three muscles: the anterior deltoid, middle and posterior, and when we do exercises for your back, chest or arms also work these muscles to a lesser or greater extent.

It would seem that we are discounting the importance of training men in particular, but the truth is that if you are looking to have big shoulders and strong need to work with dedication and follow a strict training plan.
