You made the right decision to do a little exercise and you have annotated in the gym in your neighborhood. But if every time the instructor of the class will you wake you and you stop doing the exercises that you had indicated, if instead of all 60 abdominal marked you only make 20 and spend more time talking with other people moving your body, you are not doing things right.

Make no mistake! That’s lying to yourself. Going to the gym is not only recorded and “make do” exercise just to say that we meet our obligation. Moreover, suppose that the classes do not come for free so that makes the most of your time in the gym. Then we’ll show you how.

Step Aerobics

I often wonder, how is it possible that each may be included under Step aerobics classes and sports facilities in Spanish? In the last years the number Step aerobics classes and have fallen substantially in most sports, why? Well, that question should of let us all how aerobics and activities for, whether we are Level I or Level II National Coaches, because in my opinion, part of the blame for this happening to us, the technicians themselves.

About 10 years ago most of the classes taught in Spanish were gyms and Step Aerobics, either in the morning or afternoon hours, always had classes, one after another, and now we’ve reached the point of two or three classes a day maximum.

We can see how they have become fashionable and styles classes, Indoor Cycle, pilates, yoga, water classes, etc. that stem largely from the Aerobics and Step, but because this type of classes have moved the Aerobics and Step? I think the answer can be found in the complexity of them. (more…)

Fitness Most Women Can Reduce Fertility

Women who practice fitness craze in the fitness be careful. A study showed too much time in the gym can reduce the chances of women having children.

Researchers found that daily exercise is conducted in the gym trigger high levels of fatigue that makes the problem of fertility problems increased three times as much.

Health experts agree physical exercise has health benefits. But too much exercise it takes energy and can interfere with a successful pregnancy plans.
