One thing is to exercise to improve our quality of life and quite another is that the exercise becomes our own life. Can not go a day without going to the gym? Are you still training even when your body asks for a break?

Do not push yourself too! It is dangerous to your health. Know the signs of an addict to exercise and relax. Remember, just 30 minutes of daily physical activity are sufficient.
