Pilates exercise has many known and loved being able to bend the body and balance the body. But now there is a new technique that combines pilates with a swimming pool that is Poolates. This technique is allegedly easier to do than pilates.

This technique is still using the basic pilates focusing on core strength development and straightening the spine with the use of control, precision, breathing and concentration, only the medium used in the swimming pool.

The purpose of this exercise is to make the body look taller, slimmer, more flexible so that increase flexibility, stability (balance), coordinate and improve your posture.
