Today we will see some aerobic exercises which have as main feature the completion of a development-specific rhythmic patterns will be practiced by Step and time periods may be long enough to obtain cardiovascular benefits. Recommended a duration of 20 to 40 minutes on a weekly basis from 3 to 5 sessions.

* Basic, uve step, step tap, step or spin turn, over the top or to the other side, step L.
* Steps elevations: knees, side leg, femoral kicks.
* Heels, horse below, pivot, corners, cremayera, scissors, Lunges.
