Basic Routine of Stretching Exercises

We teach you to get started in stretching with this basic routine of exercises:
Back exercises:
* Sit with right leg bent and left more stretched, but not quite. The right arm should rest on the left knee and rotate the chest while the shoulders are open and bring the face to the left shoulder.
Maintain this position for fifteen seconds, while breathing relaxed, repeat as many times as desired.
Arm exercises, chest and shoulders:
* Stand with your legs open. Maintain open arms holding a towel or any other element that serves to stretch the muscles, lift up back and down arms.
Hold for twenty seconds and relax.
Butt Exercises:
* Lying on the mat face up, and crossing one leg over the other. While the neck support on the ground, and cross your fingers behind the thigh and bring the legs to the chest. Hold for twenty minutes, repeat as many times as desired.
Knee exercises:
* Stand with your right hand to take the front of his right foot closer to the buttock. Hold for thirty seconds and repeat as often as necessary.
