The Shower after Exercise

For all, the step that inevitably follows a gym class is a good shower to relax the effort. If your body talk, there is no doubt that we would ask for a cold water bath to cool and remove every last drop of sweat that was after exercise.
In addition to its relaxing effect, the shower after exercise is necessary to maintain hygiene and clean the skin of sweat, dirt and waste that our body releases during exercise. However, it is a habit that also has its cons if not done the right way.
One of the most common mistakes is the bath with cold water. As I said in the introduction, it is normal for your body ask for a cool shower to reduce the sensation of heat and sweating, but it is not the healthiest choice. When we exercise, body temperature rises and if you are immediately bathe with cold water, your body can receive it as a real impact.
Therefore, it is best to let your body cool training and wait 15 minutes before entering the shower. If I had to recommend the ideal temperature when the bath after a long day of exercises, I would say that the best option is the hot water heat maybe you, but relaxes the muscles and the movement remains active.
