Personal TrainerWhen we start to practice some physical activity related to the gyms found that there really are different from each other, so we can differentiate between bodybuilding and fitness, and even more, we can extend the influence of the fitness lifestyle.

Fitness define the word as the state that allows a person to use the body in activities requiring strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, coordination, power, speed, balance and precision, without experiencing fatigue.

The fitness arises in the United States, it is they who set the tone in this set of ideas and concepts. This not only makes it difficult to translate this word but his whole philosophy.

In practice fitness need arises for the figure of the trainer, that person with knowledge and experience to guide us at each session to the end to achieve our goals.

Moreover, the Wellness is a broader concept that the fitness, is considered as synonymous with health and wellness. The wellness is the state of a person considering his health and the risk is of disease.

Naturally, the personal trainer becomes a professional with broad expertise and in some countries it is classified as a health professional. His expertise covers areas such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology and sports medicine, among others.

Their work goes beyond pointing out as doing any exercise, he is responsible to motivate, evaluate, train, teach, and if necessary refer people to other health professionals.

Whether we are initiated into the practice exercises or that we are preparing to participate in any competition, the personal trainer is key to success, hence, it is becoming more necessary to have professional trainers, well trained and able to meet the demands of a population that needs the guide and encourage lifestyle change to a more healthy.
